MARISA D. NALLANA, President and one of the founders of the Philippine Exhibits & Themeparks Corporation (PETCO), pioneer of exhibtions in the Philippines. She is also the President of the Motorshow Int¡¯l. Manila, Inc., with a total of 33 years experience in the events management and exhibition industry. She has directly co-conceptualized and managed over 100 local and international events. Ms. Nallana was the Managing Consultant of the Cebu International Convention Center (CICC).

Since 1990, Ms. Nallana has lectured at the Philippine Trade Training Center on Export Promotion and Trade Show Participation sponsored by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Center for International Trade Exposition and Mission¡¯s (CITEM), as part of the training program for exhibitors/trade show participants. She continues to lecture on Exhibitions/Conventions and Events Management,/M.I.C.E. to various associations, universities and colleges, local government units and industry practitioners.

Ms. Nallana is Secretary-General of the Tourism Congress of the Philippines, the national organization for tourism industry stakeholders , created by law under the Philippine Tourism Act. She is Chairman of the Philippine Association of Conventions/Exhibitions Organizers and Suppliers, Philippines, Inc. (PACEOS), and Founding President of the Philippine M.I.C.E. Academy.

She is also Secretary General and founding member of the Asian Federation of Convention and Exhibition Associations (AFECA). The organization is based in Singapore.

Ms. Nallana speaks in various international Tourism/M.I.C.E. fora in Asia - China , Indonesia, Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, ,Thailand, and the Philippines.
She is co-convenor of the the annual Philippine M.I.C.E. Conference and works closely with the Philippine Department of Tourism (DOT)./Philippine Tourism Promotions Board (TPB).

She has traveled extensively to study fairs and exhibitions, amusement and entertainment centers in Asia, Europe and the United States.

Jonathan Skip Cox is CEO of Exhibit Surveys, Inc.
Under Skip Cox's leadership, Exhibit Surveys, Inc. has grown and maintained its position as the premier intelligence and measurement resource in the events industry.

Skip focuses strategically on client development and serves as the visible face of ESI in the marketplace. This affords him the opportunity to translate emerging needs of clients into the next diagnostic tools for ESI to develop. He also is heavily involved with the direct application of these new tools to enhance the strategic and tactical planning for exhibition and event organizers, marketers, and facilities.

Skip speaks at many business and professional association meetings, and is often invited to present Exhibit Surveys' research findings at events in the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia. He also frequently contributes articles to publications and academic journals serving the marketing and event marketing fields.

His involvement with industry associations is extensive. He is the Chairperson of the board of the International Association for Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) for 2014 and serves on the board of the Center for Exhibition Industry Research (CEIR). In the past he served on the boards of the Corporate Event Marketers Association(CEMA) and the Trade Show Exhibitors Association (TSEA). Recognition from these associations includes TSEA¡¯s Chairman¡¯s Award, CEMA¡¯s Pinnacle Award, and IAEE¡¯s Chairman¡¯s Award.

Mr. Cherif Moujabber

Cherif Moujabber, Owner of Creative Expos & Conferences, Inc Member of IAEE. Serving as Chairman of the International committee in 2015 and formerly in 2012. On the SISO Board of Directors from 2003 to 2014.

Cherif Moujabber, joined the trade show business of Horizon House (a Dedham, MA, based company) by organizing communications equipment shows in the USA, Brazil and Egypt for 5 years.

In 1981, Cherif joined Cahners Expo Group (now known as Reed Exhibitions, an Anglo-Dutch company) where he was successively posted in Boston, Los Angeles, Stamford, CT, Washington, D.C., and finally Singapore as Vice President for the Asia-Pacific region. During his nearly ten years at CEG he managed and launched several shows serving diverse industries such as aerospace, health care, communications, electronics and information technology.

In 1989, Cherif joined International Data Group, a Framingham, MA based company as President and CEO of its World Expo Corporation (WEC) subsidiary. During his 4 years which included 2 years in Paris, France, WEC grew from 4 shows in 2 countries to 46 shows in 18 countries. These included the Comnet, MacWorld international, Sunworld and Objectworld family of shows. In Japan, Cherif launched the first MacWorld and WindowsWorld Expos. World Expo doubled its revenue and grew its profits substantially during this period.

In 1993, Cherif founded Creative Expos and Conferences. CEC has organized its own events in the US and abroad. Today CEC advises in the launch of shows outside their national base. CEC helps its clients recruit more foreign exhibitors and visitors by establishing an International Sales and Marketing Network (ISMN). CEC recruits tradeshow executives all over the world on behalf of its clients.
