- As we have entered the digital era of 2000s, the amazing way that communication eco system have evolved must be titled 'revolutionary'.
He will introduce the 10 keywords that we need in order to understand the eco system of consumers, business environment and social communication, which have been formed during the last 10 years of 'digital decade'.
First of all, listed are the basic functional elements that are essential to build a digital platform: Playground, Ambient Media, Viral, Collaboration, Mobile, Innovation.
They operate the platform as an engine.

- The International Association of Exhibitions and Events (IAEE) convened a Futures Trends Committee of international industry experts to look ahead to the next three to five years for trends and changes that can impact our industry. That committee was chaired by our speaker Mr. Francis Friedman.
The future will definitely not resemble the past and the rate of change is accelerating across a broad front in our industry . The need for new skill sets, data usage, ways of thinking and integrating the present with the future will challenge our global industry. Competition and complexity are increasing as are shifts in global economic power.
This presentation will cover the major findings of this committee and their implications for the meetings, tradeshow and convention industry. Mr. Friedman will also discuss how these findings will impact the MICE communities as they seek to build inbound and outbound business.
